NICK BRYSON – PRINCIPAL
Nick has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry both as a construction and project manager. He has managed a wide variety of commercial projects including site improvements, tenant improvements, ground up car dealerships, public works projects, parking structures, and food processing plants. Each project has its unique challenges and Nick has the capability to navigate small or large projects through the entire construction process from entitlements and preliminary budgeting to construction and project turnover.
ROBERT BURNS – PRINCIPAL
With over 20 years in the construction and commercial real estate industry Bob Burns has experience managing various projects including office and hotel renovation, site improvements, and spec/market ready tenant improvements. As a former building engineering supervisor for large property management firms Bob has managed large commercial real estate construction projects giving him intimate knowledge of this industry. Bob has the eye and the interest of the customer at all times while directing a project through completion.
